The Sound Country has been having trouble as of late. With the collapse of the Sound Village and their ninja the crippled government is doing the best it can to maintain control. However several opportunistic ninja have seen the chance before them. These ninja are beginning to stir rebellion amongst the people. Attempting to get them to over through what is left of the Sound Ninja and placing themselves to govern the new Sound Village.
A martyr is not needed, there are to be no citizen casualties (Even if they are part of the rebellion). The only ones marked for possible death are the four rogue ninja. If they are to be killed, it should be made to look like an accident.
