A local crime syndicate has broken out in the waterfall country. It has been hassling the government and making threats while still making the majority of it's money through street crime. The head of the syndicate believes he has the waterfall too afraid to fight back. He's right, but they're not to afraid to call on the help of Ninja. Your job is to intimidate and if necessary use force to get the syndicate's leader to back off and let the government do it's job. Go get em' el tigre!

Makato walked into the Waterfall Village his hair ruffled from the wind and his coat billowing some around him as he walked through the small trade district of the village. On Makato's back was his scroll with his five puppets any of which he was prepared to use for this mission in order to complete it and work toward chunin. He smiled and looked up at the sky. It was sunny with not a single cloud in the air, perfect conditions for the mission and perfect conditions for his puppets abilities. Makato then looked down at the path picking out animal track and wheel tracks from carts pulling the products sold through the district, he also measured the more distinct foot prints of the people looking for irregularities of their movement such as a rush to clear the path for someone they feared or respected. As he did so Makato decided he would ask around and find out more info on this crime syndicate boss, at least enough to find him.
