well, the chunin exams haven't been properly performed for a whie with all of the commotion around the world. so otherthings were done to take its place. people need to advance don't they?!

GENIN TO CHUNIN

• reqs. - 3 missions completed.
  
• kage/jonin approval
  
• UNLESS: you village has enough genin to perform their own chunin exam.
  

CHUNIN TO JONIN

• must have completed a total of 8 missions
  
• must fight against a jonin to show abilities in fron of your kage
  

JONIN TO KAGE

• have a winning vote. decided by a village's jonin population
